GOLF PROPERTY BUYING SERVICE
Why it matters
BUYING ABROAD IS SIMPLE UNTIL IT ISN'T
A golf home combines two purchases: the property itself and a relationship with the course, the club and the community that maintains them. Every country has its own conveyancing system, taxes on purchase and ownership, and rules on holiday letting.
Our role is to make that clearer. We draw on international property experience since 2003 to help you ask the right questions early, compare homes fairly and work with independent professionals who act only for you.
How it works
FIVE STAGES, ONE POINT OF CONTACT
- 01
The brief
A conversation about how you play and how you want to live. Climate and season, flight times from home, the standard of course you want on the doorstep, who will use the property, whether you plan to let it, and the budget including purchase costs. We write it down and send it back so nothing is lost in translation.
- 02
The shortlist
We compare homes and the courses beside them side by side. That means asking the questions a listing rarely answers: who owns the course, whether residents can play, what the community charges cover, which hole the terrace faces and how the plot sits relative to the line of play.
- 03
The viewing trip
Time on the ground is precious. We help you plan viewings in a sensible order, allow time to walk the course and the neighbourhood, and suggest what to look at in each home. If you cannot travel, we can talk you through what to request in video and documents.
- 04
Due diligence
We introduce independent, locally qualified lawyers who act for you, not the seller, and explain each stage of the local process: reservation, searches, the contract, deposits, tax registration and completion. We never replace professional legal or tax advice.
- 05
Completion and after
We keep the process moving until the keys are in your hand, then remain a point of contact for questions about furnishing, management or letting. A good purchase is the start of a long relationship with a place.

What we will not do
STRAIGHT ANSWERS, NO PRESSURE
- We will not promise rental yields or capital growth. Where figures are quoted, we say where they come from.
- We will not show you invented listings to fill a search; if we have nothing that fits, we say so.
- We will not act as your lawyer. We introduce independent professionals and help you understand their advice.
