Our forms include an invisible security check. Your browser solves a small mathematical puzzle and sends the answer with your enquiry. This helps us block automated spam without tracking you, and it does not create a profile of you or your device.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to discuss golf properties and our buying service with you, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is your request for us to take steps before a potential agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate permission.

OPTIONAL ANALYTICS

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and improve this website. If you ask us to, we may introduce you to independent professionals such as lawyers, or pass your enquiry to the seller or developer of a specific property. We will tell you before doing so. We use reputable service providers to host this website and store enquiries securely.

We use Web3Forms to forward your enquiry to our business inbox. After your enquiry is saved, your browser sends your name, email, optional phone number, message, property reference and consent confirmation to this email service. We do not use the form service for advertising or analytics.

RETENTION

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting purchase, and then for a reasonable period to answer follow-up questions and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time.
